Algeria has not spared from the exacerbation of this phenomenon at the national level, the matter that prompted its government to adopt a dual strategic vision based, specifically, on the attempt to frame the phenomenon legally to reduce and prevent its growing negative Impact, in addition to launching a set of projects and development programs to achieve the research of national development again and eliminate the causes of illegal immigration, especially poverty and unemployment.
