Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to evaluate the quality of the performance of medical university libraries A descriptive research methodology was used in collecting information, to achieve this, a questionnaire consisting of (22) paragraphs measuring performance quality was validated and validity and reliability were verified and a sample size of (50) beneficiaries from different levels was applied within the concept of a purposive sample and concluded to several results, including that the general estimate of the level of performance quality is average, and that the cap gap between the expectations of the sample members and the actual reality is weak, it also became clear that there were no significant differences between the averages of the sample's performance estimates, respectively, of the gender variable at the level of significance (05 and 0), as the results showed that there are no significant differences between iterations of the level of estimates of the sample individuals for the quality of performance at the level of significance (05 and 0) .The researcher recommended several recommendations, including attention to providing requirements for the application of library quality and quality of service according to the LibQual scale, and the ServQual scale for the purpose of understanding the needs of beneficiaries of the service of university libraries.
