The research aims to identify the reality of information services in the library of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and evaluate the level of its services, also to know what these services are? And what kinds of information technologies and information sources are available in this library.

The research relied on the case study approach, also conducting a survey of the library's beneficiaries to find out their research needs.

The research data was collected through direct observation, interviews, as well as examination of documents and resources to enhance the theoretical side of the research.

One of the most important results of the research was the availability of information services in the library, both traditional and electronic once, also the library has a website that can be accessed through the ministry's website, as well as the availability of computers dedicated to searching in the library catalog, printing services are also available and the beneficiary can download bibliographic lists of the topics he is looking for.

The researchers set a set of recommendations, the most important of which is increasing the number of library staff for the possibility of developing its performance and improving its services, also it is important to provide Internet service within the library to meet the needs of the beneficiaries, in addition to the importance of creating web pages for the library to inform the community about the information it provides, also to promotes its services.
