Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the role of financial requirements of e- management in improving job performance in the Palestinian ministry of health the southern governorates, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach with a stratified random sample to collect data from the senior and middle management employees in the Palestinian ministry of health-southern governorates, whose number were (595), to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire were designe as a data collection tool, (250) responses were received with (92.59%), the researchers used (SPSS) program to process the data and tes the hypothesis.

the most important findings were: there is a high degree of approval on the field of financial requirements in the Palestinian ministry of health southern governorates with a relative weight (64.12%).

the study recommended the need to work on the proper financial planning, rationalization in the disbursement of money, and making sufficient financial allocations to provide the accoutrements and requirements of electronic management.
