The importance of the research came through the design of devices that help in raising and developing the target skills in new and previously unfamiliar ways, hence the importance of the study in preparing a new training tool used to develop the accuracy of types of shooting and speed of response for handball players, and we believe that it will contribute to a modern addition to training means used in handball, the study aims to design a training device used to develop the accuracy and speed of shooting for young handball players, and to prepare special exercises for the device used to develop the accuracy and speed of shooting for young handball players, and to identify the effect of the designed device in developing the skill of shooting in handball on moving targets for each of The experimental and control samples of the research, and to identify the effect of exercises with the device in developing the accuracy and speed of shooting types for handball players.

A year in the handball game of (22) players representing the private community of the research sample, and these exercises were applied within the main section of The training unit is at the rate of (3) units per week for a period of (8) weeks, as the number of training units reached (24) units.

The implementation of the training curriculum in the proposed apparatus began on 4/5/2022 until 12/6/2022.

The researchers concluded, by analyzing and discussing the results of the research, that the device used (moving precision) has a positive effect on the development of the speed and accuracy of shooting among the handball players for the members of the experimental group.
