The study aimed to identify the effect of using the flipped classroom strategy on the academic achievement of eighth grade female students in mathematics from the teachers' point of view, To achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive survey method, where a questionnaire was developed that consisted of (30) items divided into three areas, The sample of the study was (150) male and female teachers in public schools, and to treat the data statistically, arithmetic means, standard deviations, were used And (t-test) was used to find out the differences according to the variable of gender and educational qualification, and one way analysis of variance (ONE WAY ANOVA) was used to find out the differences according to the variable years of experience.

The results showed that the arithmetic averages and standard deviations of teachers' estimates of the domains of the scale of the impact of using the flipped classroom strategy on the academic achievement of eighth grade female students in mathematics were medium.

It came after the flipped classroom strategy in the first rank, followed by the second rank after students and flipped education, and it came after mathematics and flipped education teachers in the third rank.

The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) between the average estimates of faculty members in schools in the total degree Depending on gender, educational qualification, and years of experience.

The study recommended the necessity of using the flipped classroom strategy and displaying educational videos to consolidate the scientific material to attract students' attention and raise the level of academic achievement, And holding intensive and continuous training courses and applying everything that is being trained in reality, and Raising the awareness of students and parents about the importance of using the flipped classroom strategy and cooperating with teachers in preparing home lessons to give them the opportunity to actively participate in the class.
