Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify teachers' roles in in developing creative thinking skills among students at of Shoubak Directorate schools.

A questionnaire has been purposively distributed to (112 male and female) teachers which is (21%) of the teachers population in various schools in shoubak in the year 2021 2022.

The researcher used the descriptive analysis method to analyze the data hand in hand with developing Al Ateeq measure (2021) to be applied to measure the role of teachers towards developing creative thinking skill.

The researcher concluded that the role of teachers in developing creative thinking skills among Shoubak school students came to a high degree for all dimensions of the creative thinking skills scale.

And there are statistically significant differences in the role of teachers in developing creative thinking skills among school students due to gender variables and in favor of females.

And the educational level in favor of holders of a bachelor's degree.

In light of the results, the researcher recommended the need to use the latest strategies in teaching students' and pay attention to training teachers to further develop the creative thinking skill of students, motivate teachers to develop their skills, and open channels of communication between teachers, school administration and parents.
