The study aimed to identify the role of school principals in employing blended education in light of the Corona pandemic in the schools of second Zarqa Directorate and to identify the impact of gender, educational qualification, and experience in that.

All school principals were chosen at the second Zarqa Directorate which consists of 188 principals of both sexes due to the little number of the community of the study.

A questionnaire was used to measure the employment of blended education, and its validity and stability were confirmed.

The results showed the role of school principals in employing the blended teaching during the pandemic at the schools of the second Zarqa Directorate were moderate.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience in all fields.
