Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of practice of Northwestern Badia schools principals of digital leadership in light of the corona pandemic it from their view point, The study used the descriptive method in data collection and the sample was chosen using stratified random sampling and consisted of(49) male and female principals, a questionnaire consisting of (22) items.

The results of the study revealed that the degree of practice of Northwestern Badia schools principals of digital leadership as a whole is medium, The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of practice of Northwestern Badia schools principals of digital leadership to variable of gender in favor of female, While no significant differences in the degree of practice of Northwestern Badia schools principals of digital leadership to variable of years of experience.
