This study aimed at developing big data analysis skills of electronic courses and internet of things awareness among the students in the university through the use of the integrated.

learning strategy.

to achieve this goal, a random sample of bachelor students was selected in the faculty of education, King Khalid University.

this sample was divided into three groups: the first experimental group (21) students, using the blended training strategy "traditional and electronic learning for the same lesson".

the second experimental group (24) used the blended training strategy "the traditional learning for one lesson and the blended training for another lesson".

the third group was a controlled one (23) used the usual strategy.

the student performance analysis form as well as the internet of things awareness scale were developed on the blackboard system while teaching the "aids and instructional technologies course".

ANOVA was used to analyze the results of the study.

the results indicated that the use of the first or the second blended training strategy has contributed to the development of big data analysis skills and awareness of the applications of internet of things in education among students of the college of education.
