Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of e-management in the public schools in the Syrian Arab republic and constraints of its application from the perspective of managers state schools in the governorate of Daraa.

the sample consisted of (250) principals who were selected by using random stratified one.

After application of the study and data collection were analyzed through the use of means, standard deviations and t-test and analysis of variance and it became clear from the results of the study area and the reality of the application of e-management was a moderate appreciation.

the results also showed the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a 0.05) in the application of e-management according to the variable of experience and for experienced (1 - less than 5 years) and variable of qualification and for diploma qualification, and variable at the school level and in favor of the level of secondary.

it also became clear from the results of the study that the obstacles to the application of e-management was a moderate respectively (technical, financial, human and administrative).

the results also showed the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) in the obstacles to the application of e-mangement according to the sex variable in favor of males; the variable of qualification in favor of bachelor, at the school level in favour of the basic level; and the differences in the variable of experience in favour of those who have the experience (more than 10 years).
