أثر التماثل التنظيمي في الإبداع المنظمي في وزارة المالية في الأردن: الدور المعدل للثقافة التنظيمية

Abstract EN

The study aimed to test the moderating role of organizational culture in the relationship between Organizational symmetry with its dimensions (Similarity, Loyalty, and Affiliation) and Organizational Creativity with its dimensions (Administration creativity and Process creativity) in the ministry of finance in Jordan.

The study used a descriptive-analytical approach and used PLS software to analyse the data and test the hypotheses.

The study population consisted of 2505 employees work in the ministry of finance in Jordan, the sampling unit was represented by all employees of the ministry of finance.

Three hundred and fifty questionnaires distributed and (333) were retrieved valid for analysis.

The result shows that organizational symmetry has a positive effect on Organizational Creativity.

As well as the result indicated that organizational culture moderate the relationship between organizational symmetry and Organizational Creativity.

In light of the result, the study recommended the decision makers in the ministry of finance in Jordan to pay attention and concern about organizational symmetry due to it is a positive effect on Organizational Creativity and the study recommended the decision makers to focus and interest on organizational culture due to it is role to enhance and improving the relationship between organizational symmetry and Organizational Creativity.
