Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the difficulties that school principals face in providing a healthy and safe environment for students in public schools in the kasbah of salt.

the researcher used the descriptive survey method, a sample of (105) male and female managers was selected, the study tool was represented by a questionnaire consisting of (27) items distributed on two axes: (difficulties of a healthy physical environment, and difficulties of a healthy mental environment).

the results of the study showed that the difficulties of the mental health environment came in the first place with a medium degree, while the field of the difficulties of the physical health environment came in the second place with a medium degree, the results also showed that there were no differences due to the effect of the study variables (gender, years of experience, educational stage).

the researcher recommended the necessity of providing schools with greater numbers of cleaners, and the need to reduce the share of male and female teachers.
