Abstract EN

The study aimed to investigate the role of the Jordanian educational leadership program in promoting the digital use of school principals from their viewpoint, it also aimed to reveal the existence of statistically significant differences between the average response of community members due to the variable gender, occupation.

the researcher used the descriptive, correlative survey method, due to its relevance to the nature of the study and the achievement of its objectives.

the study sample consisted of (120) principals in public schools for the academic year 2021 / 2022, and they were chosen by a simple random method and it adopted the descriptive survey approach, the study results indicated that the role of the Jordanian educational leadership program in promoting the digital use of school principals from the point of view of school principals came to a medium degree, and that the highest fields are the field of community participation development to a medium degree, followed by the field of screen period development to a medium degree, and finally the field of digital health development to a medium degree, and the lack of there are statistically significant differences due to the two variables (gender, experience).
