Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the supervisory skills of the supervisors in the directorate of education in salt and their relationship to the level of effectiveness of administrative communication from the teachers' point of view.

on the members of the study sample, after verifying its validity and reliability, and after conducting the statistical treatment, the study reached the following conclusions: the level of supervisory skills of the supervisors in the directorate of education of salt was at a high degree, and that the level of effectiveness of administrative communication in the directorate of education was at a high degree, and that there is a relationship statistically significant at the level of significance between the supervisory skills of the supervisors in the salt education directorate and the effectiveness of administrative communication.

the study recommended the necessity of inviting educational supervisors and school principals to develop an alternative plan to help teachers face the challenges of schoolwork while working.
