Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in developing creativity among teachers of the schools of the directorate of education Marka district from the teachers point of view, the descriptive analytical method was used, the study sample consisted of (367) male and female teachers from Marka district education schools, Amman, Jordan, to achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool was built, which consisted of (34) items, and included (4) areas : school administration, teachers, school curricula and school environment, the study tool was verified and reliable.

the results showed that the role of school administration in developing creativity among teachers of the schools of the directorate of education Marka district was high, the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the variable: sex, educational qualification school level, and the presence of significant differences for the variable years of experience.

the researcher recommended the need to motivate the teacher financially and morally to encourage his continuity of creativity.
