يسلط البحث الضوء على طبيعة التعامل مع الدلالة في المدونات الأصولية، من جهة وضوحها وغموضها وطبيعة النظر للخطاب الشرعي الحامل لها، ومن جهة أثرها الفعلياتي ناظرا لمدياتها المختلفة في التصور الأصولي، فقد ركز البحث على طرائق استثمارها وتحصيل مدلولاتها وانتظام آثارها ضمن أطر مؤسسة يعكس فيها نظر الفقيه لطبيعة الخطاب الشرعي من جهة وطبيعة المشكلات التي تعترض الخطاب نفسه، ومن ثم الخروج بتصور راصد لحالات الفاعلية والتعطيل من حيث الجانب الدلالي والفعليات.
Abstract EN
The research sheds its idea on the goal of dealing with the significance of the fundamentalist blogs, in terms of its clarity and ambiguity, and the goal of dealing with the legal discourse that includes them.
The research shows the effect of semantics through the theory of verbal action in terms of its different meanings in the fundamentalist perception.
Monitor cases of effectiveness and disruption in terms of the semantic side.
