تشكل مرحلة النزاعات المسلحة أهم مهددات الأمن البيئي، نظرا لما تحمله من أضرار بالغة التأثير على مختلف عناصر البيئة الطبيعية، ويكون هذا التأثير عند استهداف مختلف عناصر البيئة الطبيعية بمختلف أنواع الأسلحة لا سيما أسلحة الدمار الشامل، ولهذا فإن القانون الدولي الإنساني يحمل في أحكامه المختلفة قواعد حمائية على شكل مبادئ عامة وأحكام تفصيلية وإضافة إلى قواعد عرفية، تسعى لتعزيز الأمن البيئي في مرحلة النزاعات المسلحة.
Abstract EN
The armed conflicts is one of the most important threats to environmental security due to the damage it carries in the various elements of the natural environment, this effects is caused by weapons use especially weapons of massive destruction therefore international humanitarian law contains various rules of protections as general rules detailed rules and we have also customary rules.
