Abstract EN

Through this study, we tried to address the general balance and public spending in the first and second axes, while in the third axis we dealt with the issue of financial sustainability, to discuss in the fourth axis the in Algeria by analyzing Algeria's classification among the various indicators of global governance.

unfortunately, we noticed through the analysis that Algeria is far from the world rankings, due to its failure to embody the principles and foundations of global governance in the management of its public expenditures.

therefore, Algeria must consolidate the requirements of public expenditure governance in order to rationalize its spending in a way that serves its financial sustainability.
