The study aimed to identify the level of guidance counselors’ contribution to alleviating school violence from their point of view.

the study also sought to answer the following questions: -what is the level of contribution of guidance counselors in alleviating school violence? -are there statistically significant differences in the level of guidance counselors’ contribution to alleviating school violence due to the gender variable? to answer the study’s questions, the descriptive approach was relied upon, and the sample of the study was estimated at 30 school guidance counselors at the school and vocational guidance center in M’sila, where a questionnaire was applied to collect information prepared by the researchers, and the study reached the following results: -the level of contribution of guidance counselors in alleviating school violence is high.

-there are statistically significant differences in the level of guidance counselors’ contribution to alleviating school violence due to the gender variable.
