Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the effect of training programs for teachers in the directorate of education in salt and its relationship to the level of professional development from the point of view of secondary school principals.

the descriptive correlative approach was used through a sample of 69 principals.

the study found the following results : that the degree of effectiveness of teacher training programs from the point of view of principals in the salt education directorate was moderate, and that the level of professional development of teachers from the point of view of principals in the salt education directorate was medium, and there is a statistically significant correlation at the level of (a = 0.05) between the degree of effectiveness of teachers' programs and the level of professional development from the point of view of the directors in the directorate of education in salt.

the study recommended that the ministry of education adopt through directing plans and programs that would raise and enhance the skills of employees and clarify the importance of this aspect in the work environment and its positive and negative effects on the teacher and schools in general.
