Abstract EN

This paper aims to answer two questions: (1) What is the reality of implicit abrogation? (2) What is the difference between implicit and explicit abrogation? The paper consists of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion.

In Section One, I dealt with the reality of implicit abrogation, discussing scholars’ definitions, then I mentioned the selected definition and responded to the possible objections about the reality of implicit abrogation.

I then discussed the categories of abrogation in terms of overt knowledge of late occurrence.

I also discussed its categories in terms of internal controversy.

In Section Two, I explored the aspects of reconciliation and differentiation between implicit and explicit abrogation.

In this section I mentioned four methods for reconciliation between implicit and explicit abrogation.

I then listed fourteen differences between them and showed the overlap of the differences between them that could be summed up in seven points.

Finally, in the conclusion I discussed the findings and recommendations.
