Abstract EN

(We ask God for her goodness) first: the most important findings and recommendations: at the conclusion of this blessed research، we are pleased to record the most important results and recommendations that have been reached, which are the following: 1- the noble Sharia paid great attention to the family-in general-and gave it great care، as it is the first pillar of the Muslim community and its main pillar; because it has an important role in raising generations and preparing them to be useful to their religion, country and society.

2- the family in language: it means the fortified shield, as it is meant by the man's clan and the people of his house, and technically: it is the group whose two pillars are linked to legal marriage and the relatives that are related to them.

3- domestic violence from a legal perspective: assault, or harm within the family without a legitimate right.

4- domestic violence has causes, including: what is related to the abuser-the perpetrator of violence-and what is related to the abuser-the victim or what the violence has been upon.

5- beware of exaggeration in the issue of domestic violence، which leads to opposition to the legal rulings 6- the most important causes of domestic violence related to the abuser-the perpetrator of violence-are: weak religious faith, wrong education, psychological factors, and economic problems such as unemployment and poverty.7- the causes of domestic violence related to the abuser-who was the victim of the violence-are among the most important: belittling, and trying to belittle others.

-the legal approach in dealing with the family is: (kindness) as stated in his hadith, peace and blessings be upon him, on the authority of Aisha, the husband of the prophet, may god’s prayers and peace be upon him، that the messenger of God, may god’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: and he bestows upon kindness what he does not confer upon violence، and he does not bestow upon anything else.”8- spreading religious awareness through the Media, school curricula، and community institutions in order to address the manifestations of domestic violence.

second: the most important recommendations: 1- care and attention to the issue of domestic violence through the multiplicity of research and studies on it.

2- activating the role of counseling and awareness centers in treating domestic violence.

3- taking care of the issue of the basis for choosing the spouses, and spreading the legal teachings related to this to those who are about to marry.

4- enact preventive laws to ensure that this phenomenon does not spread.

these are the most important results and recommendations.

we ask God for us and all Muslims sincerity in saying and doing, and overlooking mistakes and errors, and to accept this work with good acceptance, and to make it an asset for us and our parents and for everyone who worked and participated in this conference on the day of judgment.

and our last prayer is that praise be to God, lord of the worlds، and may God's prayers, peace and blessings be upon our prophet Muhammad and all his family and companions.
