The topic of the research (the purposes of Sharia and its impact on saving money (mortgage in the Iraqi market as a model), talks about the knowledge of the purposes of Sharia and its relationship to the deduction of the legal ruling as evidence of the rulings, in terms of the impact of saving money in the mortgage and the aspect of loans being one of its belongings, and explaining this through the investigations that we spoke about it in the statement of the vocabulary of the title towards the meaning of the purposes and in a brief manner, as well as the mortgage and what is meant from it by the jurists to define it, and the effect of saving money in the mortgage and loan, and whether its preservation will be achieved or will it leave a heavy legacy on the beneficiary, as well as the statement of this effect in the Iraqi market and whether it achieved what the Islamic nation aspired to especially Iraq, which has fallen into a great deal of calamities.
