يعد الحجاج ركيزة أساسية في الحديث النبوي، كونه خطابا يروم إقناع الآخرين و حملهم على التسليم بأشياء معينة أو ترك التسليم بها، وقد درس هذا الجانب الحجاجي في بحوث كثيرة لكن أغلبها ركز إما على الجانب اللغوي أو على الجانب المنطقي العقلي (اللوغوس) منه، و كان هناك إهمال شبه تام للجانب الذاتي منه المعروف بالإيتوس، هذا الجانب الذي يعتمد على مصداقية المتكلم و ظهوره بالمظهر الذي يجعله جديرا بثقة جمهوره و سامعيه.

و لهذا يروم هذا البحث إلى أن يجيب عن مجموعة من الأسئلة في هذا الصدد و هي: ما مدى حضور طريقة الإيتوس في الحجاج النبوي؟ و ما أسباب هذا الحضور و أنواعه و خصائصه؟ و ما مدى تأثير الإيتوس الصريح في فهم المقاصد النبوية؟

English Abstract

Pilgrimage is considered a fundamental pillar of the Prophetic hadith, as it is a speech that aims to persuade others and force them to accept certain things or abandon them.

This aspect of argumentation has been studied in many researches, but most of them focused either on the linguistic aspect or on the logical, rational aspect (logos) of it, and there was Almost complete neglect of the subjective side of himself known as etos, this side that depends on the credibility of the speaker and his appearance in the way that makes him worthy of the trust of his audience and listeners.

Therefore, this research aims to answer a set of questions in this regard
