Drugs have taken a toll on Iraqi society, and their numbers have become frightening and are eating away at the body of its children.

addressing this issue has become the responsibility of the state in particular and society in general, especially since this issue affects the state, society and individuals who abuse, and given the number of arrested dealers by security forces hold and numbers of drug abusers, we had to deal with mechanisms to reduce this scourge, with reference to countries in which some strategies that curbed this scourge have succeeded.
