based on the ideology of the neo-conservative, the Christian right, and the product of a missionary vision drawn from a complex mixture of religious visions, American social-political traditions, strategic interests to dealing with other powers as enemies, waging wars under the pretext of (terrorism) in order to control regional se-curity conflicts, and limiting the competition of major powers, as evidenced by the fact that the united states of America possesses a future defense system based on new technology, capable of interfering with the interna-tional system and preventing the emergence of compet-ing forces at the top of the political hierarchy.
