تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على المنهجيات التقليدية وغير التقليدية المعنية بتحديد مدى صلابة أو هشاشة الاقتصادات وبالأخص الاقتصاد المصري واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام التحليل القياسي وتحليل المدخلات والمخرجات لعرض أهم هذه المنهجيات التقليدية وغير التقليدية، وبالأخص منهجية الهيكل الاقتصادي الأساسي.
Fundamental Economic Structure (FES) غير التقليدية وتم استخدام منهجية تحليل جداول المدخلات والمخرجات الفعلية والمجمعة بشكل متوافق / مواءم (Reconciled) للاقتصاد المصري خلال الفترة 1960-۲۰۲۱، وذلك لاختبار الفرضية الأساسية التي مفادها أن الهيكل الإنتاجي للاقتصاد المصري قد تعرض "للتجويف" Hollowing Out.
وأظهرت النتائج تعرض الاقتصاد المصري لعملية التجويف (Hollowing out) عبر الزمن، وذلك من خلال تمدد القطاعات الثالثية، فيما يمكن أن نطلق عليه "ثلثنة الاقتصاد" (Tertiarization) فضلا عن اعتماد القطاعات الإنتاجية في روابطها على العالم الخارجي في إطار "التكامل الدولي" International Integra tion).
وفي نفس الوقت، ضعف الروابط والتشابكات بين القطاعات الإنتاجية داخل الاقتصاد فيما يعرف ب "الانفصام الوطني" (National Disintegration).
فضلا عن ظهور أعراض "المرض الهولندي" (Dutch disease).
الأمر الذي جعل الاقتصاد المصري أكثر عرضه للتأثر بالصدمات والأزمات الخارجية، وعكس في مضمونه العام تحوله نحو الهشاشة أكثر من التحول نحو الصلابة والصمود.
وأوصت الدراسة بتحليل جداول المدخلات والمخرجات الفعلية والمجمعة للاقتصاد المصري بشكل مواءم (Recon ciled) وذلك باستخدام منهجية ال (FES) غير التقليدية، الأمر الذي سيمكننا من إلقاء المزيد من الضوء على عمليتي "التجويف" (Hollowing out) و"ثلثنة الاقتصاد" (Tertiarization) للهيكل الإنتاجي في الاقتصاد المصري.
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to shed light on the traditional and non-traditional methodologies addressed to determine economies’ strength or vulnerability, particularly for the Egyptian economy.
using econometrics and input-output (IO) tables analyses, we illustrated one of the most important non-traditional methodologies; fundamental economic structure (FES).
we used actual reconciled input-output (IO) tables analysis during the period 1960-2021, to test the hypothesis that the Egyptian economy’s production structure became more vulnerable due to “hollowing out” during the period specified.
the results revealed the “hollowing out” of the Egyptian economy’s production structure, which resulted from depending on tertiary sectors, which we called (tertiarization).
furthermore, the dependence of production sectors on the external world, in the context of (international integration).
simultaneously, the weak linkages between production sectors in the Egyptian economy, which we called (national disintegration).
moreover, the spread of (Dutch disease) all over the structure production of the Egyptian economy.
these issues pushed the Egyptian economy towards vulnerability than strength and resistance.
finally, we suggested analyzing actual reconciled input-output (IO) tables of the Egyptian economy using non-traditional methodologies, mainly (fundamental economic structure (FES)) methodology, to shed light on both (hollowing out) and (tertiarization) of structure production of the Egyptian economy.
