Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of government secondary school principals in activating extracurricular activities and their relationship to students' attitudes towards them in the Salt Education Directorate.

The descriptive analytical approach was used and the researcher chose a simple random sample of approximately (40%) of the original community members, which numbered (635), where the study sample consisted of (252) managers and the questionnaire was the study tool.

After conducting the statistical analysis, the study concluded: The reality of extracurricular activities in the field of organizing activities is low according to the point of view of principals in schools.

There are no statistically significant differences in the reality of the school administration's role in activating extracurricular activities in schools according to the gender variable.
