Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على انعكاسات توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في دوائر الإنتاج الإعلامي على جودة المحتوى البصري، وذلك من خلال التعرف على كيفية توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في عمليات إنتاج المحتوى البصري ونتائج هذا التوظيف على شكل وجودة المحتوى البصري، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا الإنتاج على أداء دوائر إنتاج المحتوى في الهيئة العامة للإذاعة والتلفزيون الفلسطينية.

اعتمدت الدراسة على البحث التفسيري، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الخليط (الكمي والكيفي) من خلال أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلات المعمقة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مدراء وموظفي دوائر الإنتاج في الهيئة العامة للإذاعة والتلفزيون الفلسطينية.

توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة يساعد على توفير الوقت والجهد لدى الموظفين العاملين في قطاع الإنتاج، وتزيد من فعالية أدائهم، ومن جهة أخرى تعمل هذه التكنولوجيا على تقليص عدد الوظائف، وتحديد العلاقات الشخصية بين الموظفين.

وكشفت النتائج أن أهم الاحتياجات الواجب توافرها لدى دوائر الإنتاج الإعلامي وتؤثر على شكل وجودة المحتوى البصري تتمثل في الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة، والآلات والأجهزة والمعدات المتطورة، البرامج المتخصصة، الكادر البشري المؤهل والمتخصص، وأخيرا الموازنات المالية الكافية للقيام بالمهام المطلوبة.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة العمل على توعية موظفي دوائر الإنتاج بأهمية استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في مجال عملهم، ودور هذه التقنيات في تحسين أدائهم وتطورهم المهني، وضرورة تخصيص ميزانية جيدة تستطيع من خلالها الهيئة تزويد دوائرها بأحدث التقنيات والبرامج والأجهزة لتتمكن من مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي العالمي، بالإضافة إلى توفير الدورات والبرامج التدريبية اللازمة لموظفي دوائر الإنتاج لإعطائهم القدرة على التعامل مع التقنيات الحديثة واستخداماتها لمجاراة التكنولوجيا، وأخيرا لا بد من توفير الكادر البشري المؤهل (فنيين ومختصين) لسد احتياجات الهيئة في التعامل مع التكنولوجيا واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة.

English Abstract

This study aimed at examining the possible reflections of employing modern technology in media production on the quality of visual content.

Through identifying the outcomes of use of technology on visual content, the study examined results of this employment on the form and quality of visual content.

It also aimed at identifying the impact of using production technology on the performance of the content production circuits in the Palestinian Broadcasting Corporation (PBC).

The study employed the explanatory approach, and a mixed methods approach (quantitative and qualitative) was, where data collection relied on used of questionnaire and in-depth questions.

The study sample consisted of managers and employees of production departments in the (PBC).

The study concluded that the use of modern technology helps saving time and effort for employees working in the media content production filed, and increases the effectiveness of their performance.

It found, however that modern technology reduces the number of jobs and limits personal relationships between employees.

The results revealed that the most important needs that must be met by media production departments which affect the form and quality of visual content are: specialized training courses, advanced machines, devices and equipment, specialized programs, qualified and specialized human cadres, and finally sufficient financial budgets to carry out the required tasks.

The study recommends educating the employees on the importance of using modern technology in their field of work, and for improving their performance and professional development.

It also recommended allocating a budget through which the PBC can provide its departments with the latest technologies, programs and devices to be able to keep pace with technological development.

In addition to that, it recommends providing the necessary courses and training programs for employees in production departments to give them the ability to deal with modern technologies and their use to keep pace with technology advancement.

It is also necessary to provide qualified human resources (technicians and specialists) to meet the needs of the (PBC) in dealing with technology and use of modern technologies.
