هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الإشراف التربوي في مدارس محافظة رام الله والبيرة وعلاقته بالأداء المتميز لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس، وتقصي الفروق في متوسطات هذه المتغيرات تبعا لمتغير: الجنس، الجهة المشرفة، المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.
استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي؛ إذ طبقت مقاييس: الإشراف التربوي، والأداء المتميز، وضمت عينة الدراسة على (163) مديرا ومديرة في العام الدراسي 2021 / 202م، اختيروا بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية.
أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى واقع الإشراف التربوي لدى المعلمين كان متوسطا؛ إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.63)، بنسبة مئوية (%72.6)، وكان "أدوار المشرف التربوي" هو الأعلى، بينما "المهام الإشرافية" هي الأدنى، وأشارت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات الإشراف التربوي لدى المعلمين ومجالاتها تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، الجهة المشرفة، المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.
في حين أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الأداء المتميز لدى المعلمين كان مرتفعا؛ إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.72) بنسبة مئوية (%74.4)، وكان "التقويم" هو الأعلى، بينما "الكفايات المهنية" هي الأدنى، وأشارت النتائج أنه لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات مستوى الأداء المتميز لدى المعلمين ومجالاتها تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، بينما كانت الفروق دالة باختلاف الجهة المشرفة لصالح الوكالة مقارنة بالحالات الأخرى، وأيضا باختلاف عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح (10 سنوات فأكثر).
وأشارت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات الدراسة، حيث كانت العلاقة طردية موجبة بين واقع الإشراف التربوي ومستوى الأداء المتميز لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في محافظة رام الله والبيرة؛ بمعنى كلما ازداد درجة واقع الإشراف التربوي ازداد مستوى الأداء المتميز؛ إذ بلغ معامل الارتباط (.197).
English Abstract
The study aims to invistigate The Reality of Educational Supervision in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate and its Relationship to the Outstanding Performance of Teachers from the School Principals Point of View, and the differences in each of them due to: gender, supervising authority, educational qualification, and years of experience.
The study uses the relational descriptive approach, by applying: The educational supervision and outstanding performance of teachers.
These scales are applied to a stratified random sample, which includes 163 principals in the academic year 2021-2022.
The results show the mean of the reality of educational supervision of teachers, with an average of 3.63, and a percentage 72.6%, and "the roles of the educational supervisor" is the highest.
On the other hand, "the supervisory tasks" is the lowest, and the results indicate that there is no statistically significant difference between the educational supervision of teachers averages and their domains due to the variables: gender, supervising authority, educational qualification, and years of experience.
The results show that teachers have a high level of outstanding performance of techers, with an average of 3.72, and a percentage 74.4%, where "the assessment" is the highest, and the "professional competencies" is the lowest.
The results indicate that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of educational supervision of teachers and its fields according to the variables, gender and educational qualification, while the differences were significant as per type of school in favor of the institution compared to other cases, and years of experience in favor of 10 years or more.
The results show that there is a statistically significant correlation between the study variables.
The relationship is positive and significant between the reality of educational supervision and the level of outstanding performance of teachers from the School Principals Point of View in Ramallah and al-Bireh governorate, the value of the correlation coefficient was .197.
