هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى التوافق النفسي وعلاقته بالرضا عن الحياة لدى المتقاعدين العسكريين في محافظة سلفيت وتقصي الفروق في متوسطات التوافق النفسي والرضا عن الحياة تبعا لمتغيرات العمر، والحالة الاجتماعية، والمستوى التعليمي، ومستوى الدخل الشهري، على كل من التوافق النفسي والرضا عن الحياة اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة حسب متغيرات الدراسة التصنيفية لدى المتقاعدين العسكريين، وضمت (152) متقاعدا طبق عليهم مقياسا الدراسة: مقياس التوافق النفسي، ومقياس الرضا عن الحياة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التوافق النفسي لدى المتقاعدين العسكريين في محافظة سلفيت كان متوسطا، وبلغت النسبة المئوية لاستجاباتهم (67.8%)، وكان مستوى الرضا عن الحياة للمتقاعدين العسكريين في محافظة سلفيت مرتفعا بمتوسط نسبة مئوية بلغت (78.8%).
كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسطات التوافق النفسي لدى المتقاعدين العسكريين في محافظة سلفيت باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية، في حين كانت الفروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغير العمر على محوري التوافق الصحي والاجتماعي ما بين الفئة العمرية أقل من 45 سنة، و45 وأقل من 60، لصالح الفئة العمرية أقل من 45 سنة.
كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغير التعليم على محور التوافق النفسي ما بين درجة دبلوم فأقل ودرجة البكالوريوس، لصالح دبلوم فأقل.
وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا المتغير الدخل على محاور التوافق النفسي، والصحي، والاجتماعي، وكانت الفروق بين إجابات أفراد العينة فيما يتعلق بمحاور التوافق النفسي، والتوافق الاجتماعي بين مستويات الدخل الشهري، بين فئة من لديهم دخل شهري من 1500 وأقل من 2500 شيكل وفئة من لديهم دخل 3500 شيكل فأكثر وذلك لصالح من لديهم دخل شهري من 1500 وأقل من 2500 شيكل، أما فيما يتعلق بمحور التوافق الصحي فقد كانت الفروق بين فئة من لديهم دخل شهري من 1500 وأقل من 2500 شيكل وفئة من لديهم دخل من 2500 إلى أقل من 3500 شيكل وذلك لصالح من لديهم دخل شهري من 1500 وأقل من 2500 شيكل.
وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسطات الرضا عن الحياة لدى المتقاعدين العسكريين في محافظة سلفيت باختلاف العمر، والحالة الاجتماعية والمستوى التعليمي، ومستوى الدخل الشهري.
وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط خطية موجبة بين محاور التوافق النفسي ككل، والرضا عن الحياة ككل وبلغت (0.512)، كما يتضح وجود علاقة خطية موجبة بين محاور التوافق النفسي التوافق النفسي التوافق الصحي، التوافق الأسري، التوافق الاجتماعي والرضا عن الحياة أي أنه يوجد علاقة ارتباط ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين التوافق النفسي والرضا عن الحياة لدى المتقاعدين العسكريين في محافظة سلفيت.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the level of psychological compatibility and its association with life satisfaction among a sample of military retired persons in Salfeet governorate.
It also aims to explore the differences between the averages of psychological compatibility and life satisfaction according to the following variables: age, marital status, educational level and monthly salary.
The study used the descriptive approach, the sample was selected using simple random sampling military retired persons in Salfeet governorate, which included (152) retired persons on whom the study scales were applied: psychological compatibility scale, and life satisfaction scale.
The study results revealed that psychological compatibility among military retired persons in Salfeet governorate was medium; as the average percentage of their responses was (67.8%), and life satisfaction level among military retired persons in Salfeet governorate was high; the average percentage was (78.8%).
The study results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of psychological compatibility among military retired persons in Salfeet governorate according to marital status.
However, there were statistically significant differences according to the age variable in terms of health and social dimensions between the age category aging less than 45 years old, the age category aging 45 years old, and the age category aging less than 60 years old; in favor of the age category aging less than 45 years old.
The results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences according to the educational level variable, in terms of psychological dimension, between diploma degree and less and Bachelor’s degree; in favor of diploma degree and less.
The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences according to income variable in terms of psychological, health and social dimensions.
Furthermore, there were differences between the responses of sample members in relation with psychological and social dimensions in terms of monthly salary levels, between the category whose monthly salary ranges between 1500 and less than 2500 NIS and the category whose monthly salary is 3500 NIS and higher; in favor of the category whose monthly salary ranges between 1500 and less than 2500 NIS.
In terms of health dimension, there were differences between the category whose monthly salary ranges between 1500 and less than 2500 NIS and the category whose monthly salary ranges between 2500 and less than 3500 NIS; in favor of the category whose monthly salary ranges between 1500 and less than 2500 NIS.
The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of life satisfaction among military retired persons in Salfeet governorate according to the independent variables.
The results showed that there is a positive linear correlation between the components of psychological dimension and life satisfaction as a whole, which is (0.512).
It also revealed that there is a positive linear correlation between the components of psychological dimension (psychological, health, family and social adjustment) and life satisfaction.
There is a positive statistically significant correlation between psychological dimension and life satisfaction among military retired persons in Salfeet governorate.
