Abstract EN

This study dealt with the concept of taking into account disagreement linguistically and idiomatically, and the sayings of scholars of jurisprudential schools in taking into account the dispute and their evidence for it, its purposes and conditions for taking into account the dispute.

And voluntary fasting is not obligatory to complete it, nor to make up for it, and i’tikaf without fasting, and the sayings of scholars of jurisprudential schools were presented in detail with their evidence and the most correct ones, and I followed them by studying the Hanbalis’ observance of different schools ofjurisprudence.

This study concluded several results, most notably: that the Hanbalis did not single out a specific original approach to take into account the dispute.
