Abstract EN

A study was conducted to determine whether (Six Sigma) can be used to improve the quality of administrative practices at the University of Hail from the perspective of faculty members.

The descriptive-analytical method was used to meet the objectives of the study, and the study sample consisted of)324(faculty members who were randomly selected.

From the viewpoint of faculty as a whole, (Six Sigma) was helpful in improving administrative practices at the University of Hail.

We have used a survey consisted of )51( points distributed among six areas to achieve the objectives of the study.

According to the result of the study, no statistically significant differences were found in the possibility of applying Six Sigma requirements due to the effect of gender variables, and academic rank in all fields; However, the results revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the possibility of applying Six Sigma requirements due to the impact of college variables, and those differences were in favor of humanities colleges.

Statistically significant differences were found among the groups with more than)10 years of experience, as evidenced by the results of the study.
