Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of Queen Rania Al Abdullah Academy in activating the performance of teachers from the point of view of primary school principals in Zarqa Governorate.

The study sample consisted of (100) school principals and principals they were selected in a stratified random manner.

The descriptive analytical method was used in the current study.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.

The results showed that the role of the Queen Rania Al-Abdullah Academy in activating the performance of teachers from the point of view of the principals of basic schools in Zarqa Governorate was high.

The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) Regarding the axes of the study tool According to the gender variable, educational qualification, and the presence of differences in years of experience.

The study recommended in light of the results; the need to continuously train teachers on new teaching methods and strategies, through it, they can help their students acquire the skills and concepts they need in their daily lives.
