Language is a tool of thought and transfer of ideas for proper expression, and it is a means that helps in interpreting and understanding texts and determining their significance and goals.

And other disciplines, and precisely on the law, and from it we raise a set of important questions in the research, such as what is the language? And what is the law? How does language help in establishing laws? What is its role in achieving justice? All of these questions are answered in this article and proceeded according to a plan that consisted of two sections.

In the first topic, it dealt with the concept of language and law, while the second topic was to talk about the role of language in legal drafting and its impact on investigations conducted by justice.

I have reached a set of results through this research, including: that the legal language is a language that governs the controls of the general language, its rules and mastery, such as knowledge of words, terms, morphological and grammatical rules, structures, sentences and contexts in order to understand vocabulary, and that legal formulation is represented in the tools used that bring the legal rule to Scientific presence output achieves the desired goal.
