The research entitled with (Al Burjandi and his jurisprudential views in personal status).

the research dealt with the biography of one of the late Hanafi scholars, namely (Abdul-Ali bin Muhammad bin al-Hussein al-Burjandi), who lived in the late ninth and early tenth centuries AH.

(UNESCO) in our time, which is the authority concerned with education, science and culture with its knowledge in the field of astronomy; it was celebrated in 2012-2013.

however, in our research we dealt with another aspect of his knowledge, which is the aspect of forensic science, so we studied his jurisprudential views on personal status, which is of interest to the largest group of people because it affects their daily lives.
