At the end، after all that humble effort which I tried to reach results related to indication of necessity topic (dalalat al-iqtaa) for the imam Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani، where I discussed various points of view.

so، I reached the most important results: 1-the motive for the estimated increased in the indication of necessity (dalalat al-iqtaa) is to preserve speech from idle talk and lying so that the text achieves its purpose in informing speech.

2-the importance investigations of indication of words for the meanings and rules because the shariah provisions based on them، and then the deference in the jurisprudential branches according to the difference in understandings and attention among the jurists.

3-the importance of the indication of necessity and its study in the shariah texts، as its gain for the students in order to obtain the faculty of deduction from the texts of shariah provisions، and then understand the evidence of text and its aspects.

4-the indication of necessity is a matter of the obligatory indication and that its intended for the speaker، and that the indication of necessity depends on the sincerity of the speech or its legal or rational validity.

5-the difference of fundamentalists in the indication of necessity has had a clear effect in proving the branches of jurisprudence and the follower of books of interpretation، hadith and jurisprudence can get a large set of different provisions in them.
