Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to: - improve the quality and quality of quality management systems in the governorate of Diyala.

1-establishing a statistical database to measure changes in concepts and knowledge about TQM.

2-measuring the level of knowledge of staff concepts and systems of institutional development.

3-analysis of data and information derived from the questionnaire and give suggestions and solutions.

4-improve the work and implementation of the proposals in line with the objectives, functions and needs of the TQM.

5-create an environment suitable for spreading the culture of systems and standards of quality and comprehensive awareness of staff.

a questionnaire was prepared to determine the satisfaction of employees in the processes, procedures and regulations followed by the formation of the governorate council in order to achieve this process of integrated and consistent results with all parties of the institution.

the researcher recommended the preparation of educational workshops and training courses to clarify all concepts of total quality management.
