Abstract EN

The study aimed to highlight the method of using Six Sigma in calculating the level of Sigma for the process of interaction of the students of the Institute of Law and Economics with the Easy Class platform.

To achieve the goal of the study, the theoretical frameworks related to Six Sigma strategy and quality at the university, then data was collected for the number of students registered in the Easy Class platform by the professors of the Institute of Law and Economic Sciences in 2019/2020, and analyzed using the SPSS and SIX SIGMA CALCULATOR program.

The study concluded that there is a weakness in relying on the distance education pattern via the Easy Class platform for the Department of Economics and Law.

On the other hand, the article presented a method for applying the Six Sigma strategy in improving quality in university institutions.
