La sélection de projets d'investissement est un problème complexe et intrinsèquement multicritère.

Pour sa résolution, nous nous sommes tournés naturellement vers une vision «aide à la décision».

Dans cet article, nous expliquons comment ce biais d'aide àla décision, nous a servi pour la conception d'un modèle d'aide à la décision multicritère basé sur la méthode de hiérarchie multicritère AHP.

Le modèle AHP est appliqué à la sélection de projets d'infrastructure de santé.

Grâce à une modélisation du problème à l'aide du logiciel ExpertChoice, le modèle développé permet une bonne « intégration du décideur » dans le processus décisionnel et lui permet d'intervenir réellement dans la recherche et dans les actes de choix afin d'identifier les projets de santé les plus efficaces et potentiellement utiles pour la communauté.

The selection of investment projects is a complex and inherently multi-criteria problem.

We naturally turned to a «decision support» vision for its resolution.

This article explains how this decision support bias was used to design a multi-criteria decision support model based on the analytical hierarchy process AHP.

The AHP model is applied to the selection of health infrastructure projects.

Thanks to a modeling of the problem using the ExpertChoice software, the model developed allows a good «integration of the decision-maker» in the decision-making process and allows him to really intervene in the research and in the acts of choice in order to identify the most effective and potentially useful health projects for the community.
