Aiming to dismantle the political, economic, social, and cultural structure of the entire Palestinian population in hope of leading them into a state of despair and hopelessness by exacerbating poverty and suffering, thereby disrupting the priorities in the Palestinian collective mindset towards the conflict with the enemy.

All of this should be viewed against the backdrop of an international system undergoing profound transformation, shifting towards a multipolar world.
