This study aimed to identify the phenomenon of cyber-bullying, which has become a threat to families and provokes individuals, by explaining the motives, manifestations, means and effects of cyber-bullying, and the legal and legal position on it.

The study included an application aspect that the researchers applied to Yarmouk University students using the descriptive field survey method, and using the questionnaire tool to express their views on the phenomenon of cyberbullying and its motives, means and effects.

The study sample consisted of (217) male and female students from Yarmouk University, who were selected according to the available sample system for the electronic questionnaire that was distributed to students by available electronic means.

The study concluded a number of important results, including: the category of bully joining a group of bullies ranked first, which enhances the role of comrades and their negative impact in encouraging this aggressive behavior through electronic means, and it was found that females are more susceptible to bullying than males, although both sexes fall on them Bullying is significant, but females are at a higher rate
