Abstract EN

This study shed lights on the public administration system in Yemen, and the impact of the outbreak of the youth revolution in 2011 until now on this body.

The paper investigates whether the public administration system in its current form is a supporting factor or an obstacle to the efforts of rebuilding the future state.

The research utilizes a qualitative research methodology based on a review of existing documents, studies, and literature.

The study concludes that, in addition to endemic structural problems in the public administration system, the series of crises that have befallen Yemen since 2011, through the war ongoing since 2015, have spawned further challenges, limiting its ability to play an effective appropriate role.

It is imperative for future governments to attach special importance to this body and work to reform it according to a rigorous methodology to empower it to fulfill its developmental and service roles with impartiality and professionalism.
