This research aims to: Verification of Treatise: (Praise Allah Almighty for Faith) By Scholar IBN ALWAZEER ALYAMANI up to Authentication the Treatise where it has not previously been Authenticated, In addition to studying its subject and proving its relation, The researcher used the inductive and comparative method, As well as the historical method in field of manuscript Verification, The Treatise highlighted the stature of IBN ALWAZEER and his distinction in dealing with such verbal issues, Because of his mastery of Theology and logic, His erudition in the Science of Hadith, treatise highlighted the method of IBN ALWAZEER - may God have mercy on him - to liberating the accumulation of doctrinal dispute, and returning issues to their origins, Instead of adopting ideas that lead to accusing others of Atheism and immorality.

The treatise included presenting the issue of Praise Allah for Faith based on creation of faith issue, which is one of creation of acts issues, in which disagreement took place after the first century, but it Bring into prominence especially at the end of the fourth century, and renewed at the beginning of the fifth century between Mu'tazilah and Ash'aris, and IBN ALWAZEER followed the hyperbole of ALRAZI'S phrases that ignited the conflict between the two parties, and he also protested against Mu'tazilah over the overlap of their sayings with the sayings of the Ash'aris and sayings associated with it.
