The financial and monetary markets are of great importance in all countries of the world because of their need for financing, as well as to obtain a return on the other hand, and this need varies from one country to another, and according to the progress of that country.

This study aims at the impact of the actual market values of shares on these markets, and to identify the determinants of the market values of shares and their uses.

I did not find anyone who wrote about market values with this length and arrangement, so I have collected what scholars have written from books on financial markets, stocks and bonds, and others in this field, and we ask God almighty to grant success and payment.
