The research problem emerges in the regulating relationship between the purposes of Sharia and the call to God, with a statement of the danger of neglecting the legitimate purposes in the call to God Almighty.

The research aims to study the importance of the science of Sharia purposes in the field of preaching.

The research dealt with: the definition of the legal purposes in the terminology, the definition of the call, the benefits of the science of maqasid for the preacher, and the danger of neglecting the legitimate purposes.

The researcher adopted the inductive, analytical and deductive approach to address the issues that he will address in his study and research.

The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: that the need for da’wah and preachers is urgent to know the purposes, and that the objectives are one of the reasons for staying away from intellectual and methodological deviations in da’wah.

Showing the intentions to the people is a response to the similarities raised about Sharia in the present era.

And that the danger of neglecting the knowledge of the purposes may lead to a challenge to the Sharia and that it is valid to call to it in every time and place.
