Abstract EN

This research examines the rule of “the origin of the prophet’s actions (worship in hajj al-Wawab”, a critical study, by mentioning who decided this rule of scholars, the statement of the evidence on which they were based, and the face of the problem in the rule, then discussing the evidence and answering it, and then reaching the opinion that the researcher sees in this rule.

The research included two topics: the first in naming who decided the rule and the evidence on which they were based, in two demands, and the other in discussing and answering al-Qaeda’s evidence in three demands.

The researcher concluded that this rule is not true, and that what appears-and God knows best-is that the origin of the prophet’s actions (worship in Hajj al-Scar until evidence indicates otherwise, and accordingly, it is not permissible to infer prophetic acts in Hajj on the positive of any hajj, unless the abstract is already accompanied by evidence of the obligatory text, consensus or presumption.
