Understanding the meanings of words requires an analysis of the situations and contexts in which they are mentioned.

The uses of the word, its concepts, and its meaning are determined according to those situations and contexts, and this is what is known as the concept of non-linguistic or external context, and because glass tends to intertwine in its use of science to reach the meaning, so it employs the non- linguistic context to understand the reader, as it was promoted in his book To analyze the texts through this context, so he analyzed and interpreted the meaning as he relied on the witness from the Qur'an and poetry as evidence for the meaning that resulted from this context and as a basis for this meaning.

Following a descriptive analytical approach to find out the most important results, the non-linguistic context was considered one of the tools outside the text, through which the glass achieved the meaning of the meaning in its practice of interpreting the meaning of the light of the texts.
