This research aims to identify a (program based on executive functions in teaching reading).

To achieve the goal of the research.

The researcher adopted the descriptive approach.

Which is used in human and social studies.

Codified about the phenomenon or problem.

And after briefing the researcher on the sources and literature that included executive functions.

The researcher prepared the educational program based on executive functions in teaching reading.

And the executive functions consisted of seven functions.

Namely (planning initiation transformation-palm-working memory - control).

Emotional - self- monitoring).

And the researcher recommended training Arabic language teachers and teachers to use executive functions in the teaching process.

And training students on executive functions.

Which helps them to self-control and control their mental processes.

And to learn independently from childhood.
